Guarantee Policy

We do our best to have all animals shipped out of our sale center within 1-7 business days of your payment processing successfully.

The time it takes your delivery to get to you depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Any shipping time starts AFTER the delivery has been shipped, which can be up to 7 business days from the purchase date. If you pay for Express shipping, this guarantees that your order will arrive within 1 to 3 business days AFTER the delivery has been shipped.

We offer free shipping for orders over $1500 and they will be sent using first class shipping. If you want to receive your order sooner, you have the option of paying for another shipping method at the checkout.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you, may vary. A confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with each purchase, but we understand that sometimes things happen.

Return Process

  • Email us at info@exoticwildpet.com to let us know that you will be returning your order within the 7-day time limit and to request the return shipping address
  • Please provide us with the tracking number once the order is sent back to us. For orders over $1500, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned order.
  • Once we receive your returned order we will process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your statement.

Exchange for Damaged or Defective Devilries

If you have received a damaged or defective order, please email us at info@exoticwildpet.com. We will be happy to refund or replace your purchase.

Note: We will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on our website. We will not allow returns from a purchase made in our retail store.

**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, We are not able to accept back any order that has violate the term of use.

Delayed / Lost Deliveries:

Over 99% of the time, our deliveries arrive on time with no delays. On occasion an order will get lost during delivery, or arrive later than expected. Once we ship the order, your point of contact is the shipping courier.

For instance, If you order using First Class delivery please note there is no insurance and should the order be lost, we will not replace it.

If you would like insurance please use Priority Delivery which does come with $500 in insurance. Please note that the order must be more than 15 days late prior to filing a claim. If it has been more than 15 days and you do not have the order, please contact us and we will file the claim.

We are not responsible for any order being stolen off your doorstep or home address We are not responsible if a order is stolen out of your doorstep.
